I AM THE FOUNDER
I'm Chloe - an ex-fashion lawyer (6 years in the making).
I'm no fashion expert, but I really love the way that fashion makes me feel. Might be cliche, but it feels like I can take on the WORLD when I’m in the right outfit.
That’s why, at 34, I decided that I would quit law, explore my love of all things fashion and see if I could inspire people to feel that same rush of confidence that I feel when I style a new outfit. My friends often call their bold, colourful outfits their “Chloe outfits”, when they experiment with a new style. The happiness, excitement and confidence I see when they try something new is part of the drive behind taking this leap.
I'm really excited to share this journey with you.
I AM ZEIYA
There is technically no accepted definition of the word “ZEIYA”.
When creating the brand, I was trying to decide on a unique name, that would actually mean something to me. I'd always been drawn to the letter “Z”. At the time ChatGPT gave the following definition:
“Zeiya is a Japanese term that is believed to be derived from the phrase “sai yatsu wa ima da” which translates to “now is the time”. This can be interpreted to mean “seize the moment” or “make the most of the present time”. It is a reminder to live in the moment and cherish the time we have”.
This definition strongly resonated with me, as I was considering my move from the corporate world into the creative industry. I was also going on a trip to Japan in a months time! Crazily enough, this definition has never been found again! Luckily, I kept a screenshot of the ChatGPT answer.
From my further research I found that “Zeiya” is derived from the Turkish given name Ziya (IPA: [ˈziːja]), it is of Arabic origin, in Turkish Ziya means light. This is the ethos that Zeiya is founded on, “light and radiance”.

Our product ranges are based on I AM Affirmations. Affirmations aren't just sentences, they're the secret key to unlocking your full potential. The words in a positive self-affirmation like an “I AM” statement, can help to inspire and motivate you to act and think in a way that will align with your goals. They need to be said with purpose and direction, not just “I am rich” or “I am pretty”, there should be a deeper connection with the energy you are trying to channel.
These types of affirmations are used by daily by our founder to maintain a positive mindset.

It is important to remember that our products are not able to be pinned to all clothing without damage. If you are pinning our product on a silk shirt, or thin material it is likely to leave a hole or small mark in the fabric. We recommend sticking to thicker fabrics when using our products. We also recommend trying to pin the product in a similar location to avoid multiple insertion points in your garments.
Check our style bog to see how pins can be placed on a necklace or another item rather than pinned straight to the fabric to avoid damage.
Our products are very delicate. They’re not built like a Nokia 3310, if you drop them they are likely to break. Please be very careful when applying them to your garments.
We don’t advise getting them wet or putting them through a washing machine. Our stainless steel items may be attached to bikinis and worn in the water but we would highly recommend drying them as soon as you get out to avoid any rust.
