Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. ZEIYA is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
As we are a small business, we unfortunately do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.
We understand that you may have some commitment concerns before purchasing which is why we have a customer service team here to help you. We recommend contacting our customer service team for assistance before making a purchase if you are unsure of how to best style one of our items. Chloe will answer any questions that you have about the product before you hit the buy button.
Faulty item return
We work hard to ensure every piece from our collections arrives to you in perfect condition.
However, in the unlikely case of an item being delivered as faulty, we request that send us an email within 14 days of delivery and we will be happy to provide you with a full refund.
We are able to do this as long as that when lodging your return, you provide a description of the fault and provide an image.
This will then be assessed by our customer service team and a free returns label will be provided or a new product will be sent to you.
If the fault is noticed after wearing the item, please include this information when describing the fault in the email.
Faulty Refunds will be processed within 5 - 7 business days back to the original payment method once the return has been received by us.
We reserve the right to refuse any replacement requests if we believe the items are intentionally damaged or misused.
