Online orders are processed Monday through Friday AEST, excluding weekends and public holidays. Production times are specified at time of purchase and starts the first business day after the purchase.
An automated email notification will be sent to you; providing a tracking number so you can monitor your consignment's journey.
Due to the high value of our pieces, our parcels require a signature on delivery. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, it will be held at the nearest post office or holding facility to be collected with photo ID.
Please ensure the details provided at checkout are accurate, as Zeiya cannot be held liable for incorrect deliveries due to input errors. Our shipping providers are trusted services, and as such Zeiya will not refund or replace orders that have been scanned as delivered.
FOR ADDRESSES WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Australia Post Express Service delivers within 1-3 business days depending on location. The cost for postage is added to your order and payable at checkout.
FOR ADDRESSES OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA
DHL Express Service delivers within 1-7 business days depending on location.
The cost for postage will be added to your cart. It depends on the location, duties and taxes that are payable. Please note, that duties and taxes are respective to your order value and destination country. We are not responsible for additional unforeseeable duties and tax charges that may occur upon arrival at your destination country.
For Australia Post Express shipments, your order will be taken to your local Australia Post outlet and may be collected with photographic identification.
Orders cannot be left unattended on the premises and require you to be home to receive and sign for your order. If you’re not home, your order will be returned to Zeiya and you will be charged for re-delivery.
For DHL, your order will be taken to the local depot. If this occurs, you may arrange another delivery attempt or contact DHL directly for other options.
Please check terms and conditions of both Australia Post and DHL for more information. Zeiya is not liable for any issues with delivery.
If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we are still able to amend any personal details, such as your shipping address.
After this time, unfortunately we are unable to amend the order, such as changing or adding products.

The majority of our product originate from Asian countries. We are currently in the process of designing and finding an Australian and Turkish manufacturer.
Generally, our pieces are made from Zinc, Stainless Steel, Alloy and Rhinestones.
